Sr. Project Manager, Mike Crase Wins 2017 Gilmore Way Award

Each year employees are encouraged to nominate someone who exhibits the qualities of the 14 “The Gilmore Way” values. Mike was recognized by the Executive management team, his management peers, office and field personnel and presented the Award in December. He was specifically complimented on his ability to consistently exemplify the following values:

Commitment: His commitment to succeeding, results in the success of Gilmore Construction, its clients and the promotion of our services and products prior to outsourcing any scope of work.

Ownership: He holds himself to the highest level of accountability for his actions, leading to 100% ownership for results and outcomes.

Integrity: Mike operates through honesty, speaking the truth and promising only what he can deliver. He stays true to his agreements intended to keep. He also communicates any potential broken agreements at the first opportunity -addressing any broken agreements immediately.

Success: He is known for focusing his energy, thoughts and attention into the success of our client’s project goals, the success of his team or the successful outcome of whatever is intended.

Systems: Mike naturally looks for ways to be more efficient, streamline and refine systems across the various departments and within the company as a whole. As a result, his suggestions have improved internal systems for better results, improved accuracy and streamlined for clearer communication.
