We’re seeking a talented Preconstruction Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate has experience as the lead for project financials, risk management, and client relations. The individual will lead preconstruction services by budgeting, scheduling, or organizing, defining roles and responsibilities with input from Senior Project Executive. We’re seeking a talented Senior Estimator to join our team. Our ideal candidate has complete knowledge of estimating documents and the ability to provide accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis of the documents. The individual is responsible to ensure that estimates, bids and GMP’s are complete, accurate, and well supported by recent pricing data and subcontractor input. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar, plus minimum of 2 years as an estimator, following experience in project engineering, field supervision or purchasing. Superintendent, Full-time.

We’re looking for a Superintendent to join our expanding team. Our ideal candidate has experience being the primary job site interface with the owner, designer, construction team person. The individual leads, directs and coordinates the work of subcontractors and/or trade labor. This person also plans, orchestrates, and ensures the coordination of the construction project and responsible to ensure the successful execution of the field activities in compliance with the contract documents, ensuring safety, schedule delivery, quality of work performed and adherence to budget of the project.
