We are always looking for new opportunities to help students build their resumes over the summer break. This year we have two college interns this summer working with Gilmore. They are actively helping the estimating team with project bids, subcontractor outreach, and job site visits.

Rachel Randolph | Project Engineer Intern
Rachel joined the Gilmore team this summer to learn about construction and estimating. She also has an internship with a local Architecture firm. Rachel, a Math and Science guru, graduated from Eaglecrest High School in the spring of 2020 and recently completed her Freshman Year at the University of Colorado. She is working toward a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a minor in Construction Management. After finishing her Freshman year 100% virtually, she is most excited to return to CU and seeing people in person. Her ideal career after finishing school would be Interior Design or an Architect.
