Project Manager, full-time.

We’re seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team.  Our ideal candidate has experience planning, directing, coordinating, or budgets  activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities and systems.  The individual oversees a construction project as a whole  to include organization, scheduling and implementation in order to ensure success from pre-construction through warranty. Project Engineer, full-time.

We’re looking for a Project Engineer to join our expanding team.  Our ideal candidate has experience assisting the Project Manager, manage all aspects of a project(s) including the safety, quality, organization, planning, scheduling, subcontractor scheduling, and day-to-day issues, in a manner that results in completion of a project on time, on budget, and a quality that meets or exceeds Gilmore’s and the customer’s expectations. By ensuring proper safety procedures are followed, established budgets and schedules are adhered to, company policies are enforced, a Project Engineer will create a stable, safe, efficient, and pleasant work environment, helping to ensure the company’s success and establishment of a loyal customer. Project Estimator, full-time.

We’re looking for a Project Estimator to join our team.  The ideal candidate has experience providing cost estimates for the construction of all types of commercial buildings and any other project Gilmore is pursuing. He/She uses their own experience and construction knowledge to analyze the spending statistic and project budget. The estimation will include all the necessary materials required in the construction process; from pre-construction through warranty.
