Gilmore is excited to be close to the completion of the St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church in the Stapleton area and the project has been featured in Stapleton’s Front Porch publication.
The church is currently located at 31st Avenue and Humbolt St. The church, slated for completion in August, will be the first newly-constructed church in Stapleton.
The first phase, a preschool, is currently under construction and is at Montview Blvd. and Valentia. Phase two is the 580-seat sanctuary that will be built in the future. Until the sanctuary is built, Sunday services will be held within the preschool building.
